Rebecca Snelt home safe

Today, missing local girl Rebecca Snelt arrived home safe and sound. Still wearing the white men’s shirt she disappeared in, and nothing else. Rebecca said, “I got lost. I was on my way home, and I got lost. I don’t know where I've been the last few days”?

When I asked how long she had lived in the area, Mr and Mrs Snelt, extremely happy to finally have their daughter back, said, “We've lived here all our lives”.

If I was on camera at that moment, I would have looked straight into it and shown you my complete disbelief, but I wasn't.

Witness and victim statements all say that Rebecca Snelt, on her way home from school, lost her way in the winding streets of Reachville. Missing for five days, Rebecca's disappearance baffled police as Detective Sergeant Groves stated earlier today, “We were baffled”.
